Stampa rapidamente i commenti esportando tutti i commenti in un nuovo file Word, Excel o Txt da Word

Kutools for Word

Supponendo di voler stampare tutti i commenti solo in un documento Word, potrebbe essere necessario esportare tutti i commenti in un nuovo documento prima di stampare tutti i commenti in Word. Come esportare tutti i commenti in un nuovo documento? Kutools for Word'S Esporta commenti l'utility può esportare rapidamente tutti i commenti in un nuovo documento.

Clicchi Kutools Plus > Esportazione importazione > Esporta commenti. Vedi screenshot:

Supponendo di voler stampare solo tutti i commenti come mostrato nello screenshot qui sotto, puoi esportare rapidamente tutti i commenti in un nuovo file Word, Excel o Txt, e poi stampa subito i commenti.

1. Aprire il documento in cui si desidera esportare tutti i commenti, quindi applicare l'utilità facendo clic su Kutools Plus> Esportazione importazione > Esporta commenti.

2. Nel Esporta commenti finestra di dialogo, eseguire le operazioni seguenti:

  • Si prega di scegliere l'intervallo da cui si desidera esportare i commenti, è possibile selezionare l'intero documento, la selezione corrente o la pagina corrente.
  • Quindi, specifica il tipo di file esportato, il documento Word, la cartella di lavoro Excel o il file TXT di cui hai bisogno.

3. Quindi fare clic Creare pulsante, otterrai i seguenti risultati:

Glad to help. Our Export Comments feature currently only supports exporting comments, not text with comments. But we will improve this feature in the future, so stay tuned.

Hi, When I try to export some comment in a separate document then a message is prompt "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions". But non of these option is true for my word file. What should I do? Regards, Ehsen

Sorry for the late reply. I know how to fix the "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions" problem. The reason for the problem is that the comment is still in editing mode or track mode when you apply our Export Comments feature. Even after you have already pressed Ctrl+Enter to post the comment, as long as the text and the comment box are highlighted, the comment is in track mode.

so all you need to do is move your cursor away to other areas of the document, then it is not in track mode anymore. You can now use our feature perfectly. Please have a try.
