I have Outlook open on a siloed virtual machine.
Unique email only used for the detach, email is delivered to a different email then forwarded to the email used for the Detach.
Outlook instance is never touched.
When the email is received 75% of the time Detach will create two files. I have tried everything to get it to stop the duplicates files.
This is the reason I have created redundancy in the process.

I couldn't find any attachments in your message. Please ensure you've uploaded them.
Also, could you specify your Kutools version (found under 'Help' > 'About' on the Kutools tab) and which Kutools feature you used?

Hi Brook,
Thanks for the information. Can you please consider upgrading to Kutools version 17? This newer version may offer improved performance and help resolve the issue you're experiencing with Detach occasionally creating two files.
